Incandescence

This piece has the atmosphere and mood I intended it to have. So in that regard I accomplished my goal for the work. However, the visual nature of the piece is very simplistic and rudimentary in nature. I aimed for a more painted feel and I believe in some regards that I achieved as such with the planets texturing.

My goal was to light from above. I had never seen it done in the context I was aiming for. Apparently it worked as this piece was featured in Greg's Article Capturing Heaven.
